Qualys Cloud Platform Operations has implemented a fix for the issue causing problems while generating new WAS Reports, and we are monitoring the results. Further updates will be shared as they become available.

Investigating
Qualys Cloud Platform Operations is currently investigating an issue where a few earlier WAS reports launched are showing in "Running" status, however, are completed on EU Platform 1. New report download generation is failing. Further updates will be shared as they become available.
