Investigating

Qualys Cloud Platform Operations is currently investigating an issue affecting Qualys US Platform 1 and Platform 2, where downloaded reports in CSV and XML formats are returning empty files. Results downloads in PDF format continue to function normally, and the issue appears to be limited to CSV and XML exports. Additional updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
