A new release of Endpoint Detection 1.0.0 is going to be released into production as General Availability (GA) with certain architectural backend changes on the Qualys US Platform 2 on September 20th, 2020 between the hours of 4am PST to 11am PST.

During this deployment, users may experience intermediate EDR UI login failure. In addition, customer will experience delayed processing EDR events on the backend and in the UI.
