Update
Qualys Cloud Platform Operations is currently investigating an issue causing failure to launch the scan or run the report for some IP addresses. This issue is noticed only for AGMS-enabled customers. Users will notice that the scan launch is failing. As IPs are not in the subscription, Operations has also determined purge rules will also fail.
