US Platform 3, US Platform 4, CA Platform 1, IN Platform 1, EU Platform 1, EU Platform 2, EU Platform 3, UK Platform 1, KSA Platform 1, AE Platform 1: Limited Vulnerability Results Processing on Windows EC2 Instances (IM-12435)
Qualys Cloud Platform Operations has identified an issue affecting a subset of Amazon EC2 instances running Cloud Agent for Windows version 6.3. Only where EC2 Instance Metadata Service (IMDS) tags are failing to be retrieved. As a result, vulnerability scan results for these particular instances will not be processed. No other agent versions, operating systems, or environments are impacted.
The issue has been identified, and a fix is currently being implemented.
