Qualys Cloud Platform Operations has taken corrective action to resolve the issue. The new MDS scans are launching fine but some of the previous scans have errored out. Further updates will be shared as they become available.

Qualys Cloud Platform Operations has identified the issue which is causing MDS scans to remain in running state in the UI when they are queued in the backend sandboxes .Further updates will be shared as they become available.
