The emergency maintenance window will be extended. VM/PC scans are currently functioning as expected.

Users may notice that WAS Reports could be marked "Interrupted". Passive Scanner scan results would be delayed in processing. Users will identify slowness in searches and intermittent UI Slowness within the following Cloud Applications: Container Security, CloudView, WAF.

Qualys Cloud Platform Operations will be taking an Emergency Downtime maintenance window within EU Platform 2 on 22nd Oct 2020 for 1 hour. The team is taking a proactive maintenance window in order to optimize platform infrastructure for improved performance.

During the maintenance window customers will see delays in updates to VM/PC/WAS scan statuses and creation of new scans would be delayed. Users may notice that WAS Reports could be marked "Interrupted". Passive Scanner scan results would be delayed in processing. Users will identify slowness in searches and intermittent US Slowness within the following Cloud Applications: Container Security, CloudView, WAF.
