Qualys Cloud Platform Operations has implemented a fix for the issue causing UI/API to be inaccessible on Shared Platforms, and we are monitoring the results. Further updates will be shared as they become available.

Qualys Cloud Platform Operations is currently investigating an issue causing US Platform 1/2/3, EU Platform1/2, IN Platform 1 and CA Platform 1 UI/API to become unavailable. Further updates will be provided as they become available.
