On Wednesday 3 July, 2019, Qualys application services on US Platforms experienced complete packet loss as a result of multiple factor's combined together affecting core networking infrastructure. After careful and continued analysis conducted since that time, we will be extending the scope of work during the planned US Platform 1 maintenance to include core networking infrastructure. The changes being implemented will further prevent and reduce the impact of this type of event to multiple platforms moving forward.
While the maintenance is expected to have limited to no impact to the availability and functionality of services on US Platform 2 and US Platform 3, there is a reasonable chance of momentary service interruptions between 7:00PM and 9:00PM PST.
