Qualys Cloud Platform Operations has implemented a fix for the issue causing UI Login Failure for subscriptions who have IP restriction enabled and we have verified that login is working now. We are continuing to monitoring the results. Further updates will be shared as they become available.

Qualys Cloud Platform Operations is currently investigating an issue causing UI Login Failure for subscriptions who have IP restriction enabled with the message "Login denied. Your IP address (172.24.2.10) is not in the list of secure IPs". Please contact https://www.qualys.com/support/, if you wish to turn-off the IP restriction temporarily for your subscription. Further updates will be shared as they become available.
